“Thank you, Teacher,” says Tommy. “Now, I understand the
difference between the meadow and the field. And can you tell me
what animals live in meadows and what animals live in fields?” asks
Tommy.

The teacher says that the meadow can be divided into four parts that
are habitats of different animals.
The first part is called a SOIL LAYER.
You can find moles, mice, rabbits, ants and other animals there.
