Taking care of bones.


                 You can protect your skull bones by wearing a helmet when riding a
                                         bicycle and doing other sports.

                       Use wrist supports and pads when you go in-line skating or

                                                   skateboarding.

                 You can make your skeleton stronger by drinking milk, eating dairy

               products (for example, cheese and yoghurt). They contain calcium that
                    is important for your bones as it helps them become harder and
                                                       stronger.
