Vladislav II Jagelovský
Matthias died in 1490 in Vienna. He suffered a stroke and died two days later. Matthias' will
was that his illegitimate son Ján Korvín would become the king, but it did not happen. After
his death, Vladislav II Jagelovský was elected as King of Hungary.
